Lincoln St. Eugene, OR

Lincoln St. is one of the many projects we are committed to developing in order to bring affordable housing to Oregon.  This will be a 59 Unit, all affordable housing complex.  Out of those units, 48 are 3 bedroom to allow space for families, and 13 of those 3 bedroom units are serving families at 30% AMI.  We know that Oregon is in a housing crisis, and one of the huge contributing factors is that there is a great lack of affordable housing in our cities.  We want to be a part of the solution, and make it possible for people to stay in the communities that they have been a part of for years.  We believe that affordable housing is one of the basic elements of a strong and stable community and we are committed to continuing to pursue these projects.
