Chief Stewardship Officer
Bill founded Stewardship in 1989 and has found great joy in watching it grow from a one-house operation into a strong company built on a diverse team of partners, staff, and lenders. Today, he and his team are applying their real estate expertise to the development of affordable housing.

Becky is responsible for overseeing our affordable housing projects from the design phase through construction completion. She works closely with the architects, contractors, city planners, and our internal team, to make sure Stewardship Development's vision for each project is brought to life.

Matt has a background in architecture, construction and design-build developments. He excels at problem solving and helps make educated design decisions throughout the construction process. As a representative for Stewardship Development, Matt helps coordinate and organize Stewardship's Affordable Housing projects from architectural rendering to constructed reality.

Tony Daguanno is an affordable housing professional with nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, working in property and asset management, as well as underwriting and originating deals.

Natalie collaborates with internal and external teams to manage operations at Stewardship, joining each project in the pre-development phase after major funding is secured. She oversees due diligence, supports financial closings, and works with partners to ensure compliance and financial monitoring through construction and lease-up.

Tori plays a key role in identifying and advancing affordable housing opportunities. She supports all aspects of predevelopment, from site acquisition to securing early-stage funding, and assists wherever needed to move projects forward. Tori is passionate about creating housing solutions that serve communities and make long-term impact.

Kelly focuses on asset management. She manages a number of Stewardship's apartment communities including compliance issues as well as the resident services. Stewardship's mission is to serve people in their housing needs and Kelly's experience and proactive passion go a long way in making that mission a reality.
